On February 11th, 2023 Direct Performance Physical Therapy will be hosting a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis. This is a fitness event with the option to compete in 2 person teams or a select spectator events as an individual.

Info for Teams
Your Two Person Team (Mm/Ff/Or Mf) Will Complete a Total of 4 Crossfit-style Workouts (Rx or Scaled), Each 4 Workouts Session Will Last Approximately 45 Minutes Each Including Recovery Time.
You Have the Option to Complete Fewer than the 4 - However, We Ask That You Start at Your Sign up Time and Advance in the Workout Order Described.
A New Heat Will Start Every 45 Minutes. Every Team Should Be Done in 2 Hours or Less from Your Start Time. Event Heat times Can Be Found on Registration; First Heat at 7:45am.
A Minimum Donation of $60 (More Is Welcome) per Participant Will Be Collected Before Event or upon Check-in at the Event and Will Go Directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to Help Cure Cystic Fibrosis.
