Free Family and friends workout and thanksgiving lunch.
The workout will be a team workout and be very manageable for all skill levels.
The lunch will be pot luck style.
The gym will supply the meat and everyone is asked to bring a dish to share.
You are not required to do the workout to have lunch.
If you have a smoker and would like to cook the meat for us please contact us to set it up.
