Friday 5K Pub Run hosted by Logic Fitness Club with a post run social sponsored by Capstan Bar Brewing Company
Event Details
Our weekly Friday 5k event is a load of fun for all fitness levels to enjoy. It all starts at 6pm as we set out to run or walk the 3.1 mile out and back route starting from the gym and traveling down Commander Shepard boulevard in Hampton, Virginia. you might find that you need to set a goal of 1.5 miles or even 1 miles to start with and build up to the 5k distance and that’s perfectly ok with us.
Our neighbors at Capstan Bar Brewing company provide discounted tabs for all run participants along with the venue for socialization with their music bingo night happening directly after the run at 7pm! This event is kid and pet friendly and as always, bring a friend! We look forward having you be a part of our running and walking group. We’ll see you on Friday at 6pm!
