FIREBREW is not your typical casual dining restaurant. While most restaurants focus on a specific theme or style of food to attract their customers, our focus is simple - "To provide each of our guests with the atmosphere, hospitality, and product quality to such an extent that our guests say or think "WOW" in a positive thought from the moment they enter FIREBREW and throughout their visit."
Our name represents two of our main attributes – cooking with open flame (FIRE) and full service bar (BREW). We prepare the majority of our menu items using our open flame Fire Deck oven which is visible to our customers as they dine in our upscale, yet cozy dining room. Our full-service bar provides our guest with a full line of alcoholic drinks, including several local microbrews on draft. Our automated wine dispensing units provide a one of a kind opportunity for our guests to choose any of our 24 specialty wines by the taste, half glass, or full glass pour. Giving them a very cost effective opportunity to try different wines during their visit without having to order a full glass or bottle.
Our simple yet highly desirable and affordable menu allows our guests to return often without feeling like they emptied their wallet. Whether ordering their favorite menu items over and over again, or trying something new our guests will love dining at FIREBREW.
