Permanently Closed.. Lemongrass is the vision of Robert Brennan and his sister Jackie Ivester. Robert and Jackie, formerly of Brennan's Bistro of Wayside, have long loved the cuisine of SE Asia for its bold ingredients, flavors and provincial cooking methods. Robert and Jackie feel that, among all ethnic cuisines, Progressive Asian best lends itself to minimal processing and maximum flavor.
Our food features bold and authentic flavors that are very fresh and always "whole" foods. We are "all natural, all the time,” with no trans fats, low sodium and low fat. We source our food locally and serve only seasonal produce grown nearby whenever possible. At Lemongrass we buy only food that is grown or raised in a sustainable and ethical way. We make every sauce, marinade and vinaigrette on site from scratch.
