The Hashi food truck...serving breakfast and lunch through a marriage of Virginia foodways and Asian cookery. Foodways- the eating habits and culinary practices of a people, region, or historical period. Cookery-1: the art or practice of cooking. 2: an establishment for cooking. Hashi is Japanese for chopsticks and, shares the same phonetic as the word for bridge. Hashi will bridge food concepts of east and west, north and south, and serve up healthy filling meals with variety utilizing ingredients sourced as close to home as possible. This Facebook page will serve as the go to for the latest information on the food truck, from it's development, and now into the day to day operations where you will be able to follow the truck to know it's locations, schedule, menu items, etc. We are on the streets and looking forward to serving the Hampton Roads area!!!
