A traditional Steak & Chophouse Restaurant has long been absent in Norfolk. Opening in 2006, Byrd & Baldwin Bros. Steakhouse set out to fill this void. Housed in the circa 1906 building of the same name, Byrd & Baldwin Bros. Steakhouse was conceived and executed with a no compromise attitude rewarding guests with a memorable dining experience. Byrd & Baldwin Bros. serves only grain fed Midwestern all natural beef aged on site to ensure only the finest product quality. Meals are prepared in our state of the art kitchen by Chef Carlton Spurlock and his staff. An extensive wine selection is provided from our temperature and humidity controlled cellar insuring optimal storage conditions.
