UE Cares Foundation 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation in affiliation with United and Empowered Care and their sister organization Serenity C&C will host a free picnic for the Intellectually Disabled (ID), Developmentally Disabled (DD) and Autistic community. The event is being held on Saturday, September 7th, 2019 at Mill Point Park which is located at 100 Eaton, Hampton Va 23666. The event is from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. There will be entertainment, games, activities and food. Food trucks will available to the general public.
