Safely distanced, donation yoga led by Bhav Brigade teacher, Brynn Elizabeth, in the beautiful tasting room of Elation Brewing Co.
Event Details
Registration: Suggested $8 donation, with 25% of proceeds benefiting the Norfolk SPCA (https://norfolkspca.com/). Only paid registrants will be allowed admission to ensure the necessary small class size for the safety of students and teachers. Class is capped at 18 yoga students to allow for at least six feet of distance between mats. Attendees must provide their own mat and any props. Attendees are asked to wear a mask before and after class but are not be required to wear a mask during class.
Additional details: In order to ensure a no-contact experience, please have your email confirmation or a screenshot of your confirmation available on your phone to show upon entry. Anyone living under the same roof may have their mats close together, as long as there is at least six feet of space (about a yoga mat’s length) between a family unit and other practitioners.
Safety: Please attend classes only if you have no signs of illness, have been practicing physical distancing and wearing masks when in spaces around other people, and not living or spending time with anyone who is immuno-compromised.
Post-class: Elation Brewing will be open at the end of class and offers an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a full kitchen menu for your enjoyment!
