A Charley’s Philly Steaks restaurant and Jody’s Gourmet Popcorn also appear to be in the pipeline. The Virginian-Pilot has reported that American Eagle Outfitters, Gap Outlet, Carter’s Oshkosh B’gosh, Express Factory Store, Lane Bryant, Sunglass Shack and Francesca’s stores are in the works, according to job postings and construction bidding activity. Simon has announced only the following stores: Under Armour, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic Factory Store, Calvin Klein, Columbia Sportswear, Kay Jewelers Outlet, Levi’s Outlet Store, Converse, Zales Outlet The Diamond Store, Nike Factory Store and Michael Kors.
